Bloody Easter Eggs
I hate Cadbury cream eggs.
I used to love them. I obsessively hoarded them when I was a child. I'd save my money up for them. I loved Easter just because of the cream eggs.
What changed all this?
It happened when I was 6ish or so. My neighbor knew of my cream egg obsession. Since her kids hated them, I got them. But none of this was her fault. No, I didn't eat too many and get sick. Nothing like that. It was far more gruesome.
Should I go on?
Yes, I know I started this, but.. Ok. You're an adult. I'm sure you can handle this. Well, I lovingly unwrapped the egg and I took a big bite and..
Did I mention that I had a loose tooth?
Yes, another loose tooth story. Hush, you wanted to hear it. Well, I bit into the egg and, well, there went my tooth. No, I didn't swallow it. I was too busy gagging on the blood. Blood mixed with cream filling. And the tooth.
I still can't look at a cream egg without tasting blood in my mouth and gagging.
5 Things You Say:
Cadbury Creme Eggs are THE DEVIL. They're giant sugar bombs. I can't eat them anymore because they make me want to curl up and die from the overload of sugar.
Still, blood and creme egg filling... ick!
Poor thing. Those eggs are so good. As far as the Okra goes - I hate the slimyness of it. Reminds me of those snails that used to crawl on the screen of my back door growning up. Who wants to eat a snail?

Ugh.. I love most veggies, but I can't stand okra. Unless it's deep fried. Then it's not slimy.
Was surfing blog explosion, eating my first Cadbury Cream Egg in like a gazillon years, and I come upon this entry. Nice.
Love your layout.
That really tops my experience with the eggs. I begged for years to get one. When I finally did about 13 years old, I about keeled over from the sweetness. What a waste of begging. =)
Eww, eww. Bloody creme, eww!
